The Wayhaven Chronicles - Update 01.05.2026

The sun was shining for the first time in ages, and it really gave a major boost this week! :D

Writing on the chapter is finished! I even did go back and untangle the horrendously knotted mess of the coding from last week so it actually makes sense now, hehe!

I did a bunch of asks this week too, so those are scheduled for the month ahead! Absolutely loved being able to get back to those, so I hope you guys are enjoying them as well :D

I will be starting my edits of the chapter next week but editor edits will be paused for a while as my editor has badly hurt her hand. And though she insists she will still do them, I am very much telling her she can’t until she’s healed!

It’ll also be the next chunk of chapters for the testers to check out next week! I’m still so nervous about the testing phase as usual, but I feel a bit less intensely panicked than usual, so I think this method is hopefully working, lol.

So yeah, another busy one next week, and even more so as I’ll likely be starting the next chapter as well (the last one before the endings!!!)
